I have headaches regularly. I fell them mostly on the right side of my head moving from front to back. I have neck and back pain going down my spine most of my pain in my back is in my lower back closer to the middle. My thighs and lower go between pain and being numb. Every joint in my body hurts when I have flare ups. My upper arms arm in constant pain and my lower arms and hands are in and out of tingling sinsations with or without pain. When I have a flare up I can barely move or do anything. The flare ups are becoming more and more and ecah time they start up a diffrent muscle is strongly effected than the rest. All my pain I am having is muscle pain. So far this pain has not been diagnosed. I just want to relax without pain.

Hello and Welcome to the Pain Mangement Forum. I am glad that you found us.

Sorry but your question is pretty broad. Much depends on the type and source of the pain. Different pains are treated with varying types of medication. If you do not have nerve pain than a drug in the Lyric family may not be would not be a viable pain medication. If you have arthritis than exercise would help the pain....and so on.

Do you have Fibromyalgia? Can you provide us with more information?

Thank You,
Tuck
