Pain

I have two question to ask
1. I was told by my mother that I have a thorn in my foot like she does and it is genetics, I was hoping maybe is there a treatment?

2. In my left foot, my Achilles tendon has pain. Its not swollen, I dont think, but its painful. For instance I cannot touch my toes without feeling pain shoot up my leg from my tendon, thats even with stretching, and I cannot bend my foot forward completely and my ankle seems to crack a lot. I have tried creams and messaging and stretching but nothing helps. I don't wear high heels very much, I wear flat shoes. I go to gym twice a week sometimes more and I swim twice or more a week. I weigh about 74kg last I checked and I was told I have heavy bones, its something my whole family has, and I'm 65cm tall (2 feet tall). Also when I sit on my legs even for a few minutes I get a lot of pain and they become numb. I also cannot walk up the stairs without my legs in pain. I was told the pain in my legs is due to anxiety but I'm not so sure about that.

I told the doctor I have blackouts and I get dizzy and I have hot or sometimes cold chills through my body, and he said it was due to anxiety since I've been stressing over exams. I think the blackouts are due to having small ear canals (imbalanced) but I'm no professional

I hope thats enough info to help
Thank you very much

Hi so sorry to hear about what you are going through.  Have you had blood work done?  I suggest you find another doctor for a second opinion.  While some things could be attributed to anxiety the pain you feel in your legs is not, I would get checked.  What is a thorn in the foot?
Good luck
Dee

By the way my mother said the thorn in the foot is a bone from the heel, I have no idea the name of it...

Hey Dee,
Thanks a lot for replying, and no worries I'm young I will live :P
I have had my blood checked about 3 times and they say its perfect, I have iron in my blood and everything. I don't know exactly what thorn in the foot means, my mother says its a sharp pain in the heel that feels like a thorn. So I guess thats what it is. Its when I walk a lot then a pain comes in my heel and I can't walk after too long.

I'll take your advice and see another doctor..
Cheers and many thanks,
Zammy
