My index and middle finger have numbness and a surge of pain radiates from my fingers up my arm to shoulder blade and pectoris area on right side

When this happened to me, I thought it was the end of the world.... then I found out that pretty much everyone in the world has something like this LOL

Get seen right away though, sometimes the sooner you get it taken care of, the easier it is to fix.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that it will be just an ice pack on your neck for a couple days.

You may be having problems with your cervical spine. Have the dr do an xray.  I had the same symptoms but it involved my pinkie and fourth fingers. I went a few times to physical therapy and it resolved. Good luck
