Pain
I have pain from my neck to the bottom of my stomach. mostly under my stomach though. Any ideas

Well, I guess I would start by making an appt. with your Doctor and have them run some tests. It is too hard to give you advise without knowing your history.
It could be a number of things including your Gall Bladder, Liver, Digestive disorder Kidney or appendix. I'm sure that the Doctor will want to do some blood work and possibly an x-ray.
I would not wait to make this appt. I would do it a as soon as possible. If there is something wrong and it goes untreated, you could do some real damage.

its usually below my breast bone and it goes to various places. It ends at the end of my stomach and its like the pain when you are hungry but worse
