Please Help

Is MS Contin an extended release ONLY? Or are there instant release tablets too?

I am asking because my Dr is switching me from Roxi to MS Contin and all I see is the ER and I am already taking Morphine Sulfate ER 100mg. The Roxi was for break through pain...is there an instant release?
