Protracted withdrawal from oxycodone

Hi everyone!
I was diagnosed neuropathic pain syndrome five years ago and had to take many many pills for that condition. I detoxed from 25 mg of oxycodone four months ago (I am now completely drug free) and still have muscle pain in certain areas of my right shoulder and under the armpit (not the joints). This worries me a lot and I wonder if these muscle aches and pains will ever go away; all other side effects have diminished. I would be thankful for any advice!
Tina

You maybe able to go to physical therapy to see if it helps. It may be something other then muscle pain, maybe bursitis or something where a cortisone injection can clear it up. Mine was gone for a year with a single shot.
Best of luck to you and great job getting off the meds!!!

great success story tina! Maybe you should be the one giving the advice and sharing the story of your escape from the "many many pills". I think the pains you now have will be fixable without many many pills. You'll figure it out! Stretch stretch stretch and spa spa spa.   Shanti( That too!)    om
