Right side abdominal pain in the morning

I wake up every morning with extreme/severe right side pain. It wakes me up every day. Worsens with sleeping/ laying down. Just between rib cage and hip. After bowel movement, pain lessens to tolerable but never fully goes away. Pain meds have never worked.
I have a strong family history of renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) and 2 abdominal surgeries but no one has found anything wrong now. I can't stand it anymore! this has been going on for 2 years!
Have tried all types of alternative treatments. Any ideas?

Several work ups. CT normal, ultrasound normal, colonoscopy/upper GI normal. Seems to get worse only with laying/sleeping. Pain gets so bad that I cannot get out of bed by myself sometimes. Gets lessened in the AM with bowel movement only but never completely goes away. Doesn't seem to matter what I eat, drink... can't find anything that "sets it off".
Had severe endometriosis at 15. Hysterectomy at 34. I have my right ovary but the pain is a lot higher and to the right than the normal ovarian pain I have experienced. I've ALWAYS had weak kidneys. But no one can seem to find anything wrong. I know my body and know something is wrong but don't know what.  My 3rd Dr and I both are open to suggestions!

Any workup? CT? GB Ultrasound? Colonoscopy? Physical exam findings? Associated symptoms such as relationship to meals, urination, etc. Hard to recommen treatment without a diagnosis.
