Should I go to doctor sooner or stick out the side effects

I am taking Lyrica and wondering about the side effects and if I should be going back to the doctor or just need to tough it out on longer to gain the benefits.  I'm on 75mg at night.  I am supposed to get to 75mg in the morning also, however I took 25mg in the morning and slept until 4pm in the afternoon! So I am not taking the morning dose. The side effects the last 2 days have almost become intolerable. The nausea will not respond to prescription ant-nausea medication and is now such that I can't face food and can't concentrate past the nausea. Having to just lay down most of the time now.  My memory has deteriorated where talking is taking concentration and I can't remember things I did or said 5 minutes ago. I have just wandered away from the stove with things cooking on it!  I don't feel like I should drive post today with how 'disconnected' I am. I have lost my balance quite a few times and fallen over today and hurt myself.  I'm feeling wound up, slight type of euphoria/mild manic feeling.  I'm wondering if i should go to the doctor in the next few days or wait the 2 weeks he said to come back to see him and just stick out the side effects in order to gain the benefits longterm. So far I can't tell if it has reduced my pain - well what I mean is so far there hasn't been any reduction in pain levels that I would be able to contribute to the Lyrica.  Thanks for the feedback in advance.
