I am presently on 3 20mg of oxyneo and 8 percs per day. I still have a lot of pain. I have spinal stenosis. I have
recently been talking yo my doctor about going on the fetenal patch. Do I slowly have to get off my oxyneo before I get the patch. Also do you find the patch works better then oxyneo and percs.

I would of expected that your doctor is better suited to be answering your question.
I don't know anything about the patch but I am tapering off Oxycontin I have been told by my Pain Doctor before I change to a non-time release pain killer.
