A few days i had alot of sex with my boyfriend. It was rough sex and we used condoms. Its just that now like right below where my vagina hole is i guess its a little rip and it burns really bad when i pee. so bad that i have been holding my pee. i dont really think its a uti infection. is there anything that i can do to help it heal

Eh, rough sex is fine. As long as its safe sex, with a condom, be as creative as you want!
It sounds like you just have a little tear (like a paper cut and those hurt!) So try Neosporin with the pain reliever in it. Keep the area as dry and clean as you can, not an easy task. Use the neosporin several times per day. If it gets worse in a couple days or no better, see your doc.
Oh and take it easy on your "fine china" for a few days. Tell your guy about your issue and make him be a little gentle until youre all healed.

even with condoms. It might not be a bad idea to make an appointment
with your family doctor,  tell him or her what happened and ask what
