Weird pain like a cut

I get a searing pain below my abdomen to the right. It comes when I sneeze,
cough or clean my tongue. It also comes if I use my right foot to climb
something high or bend down really low.
The exact pain is on my skin, not inside. So it's either just on my skin or
just below it. The pain is as if there is a tear on the skin in a horizontal line.
When I change my position, it fades away and comes only when I excert myself.
No idea why it's happening

Hi Dr. Mathur

I went to a doctor, he said it could be appendicitis, so I did a sonography. all my internals seem to be fine in the abdomen pelvic area. I have PCOD.

The pain is now dull and it only comes when I am standing and that part of my skin is stretched. It comes when I suddenlt stand up after being seated for a long time, or if I stand for too long. When I am lying down, even if I press into the area, or stretch there is no pain at all. The weird thing is that during the doctors examination and during the sonography and even after that there was no pain inspite of all the pressing and probing!

I just cant understand what this pain is due to. Please help me out!
Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I assume that by ‘below the abdomen’ you mean groin. Groin pain can occur due to several causes like swollen lymphnodes, epididymitis, orchitis, testicular torsion, hernia, kidney stones, inflammation of large and small intestine, hip joint involvement due to arthritis etc,  and muscle pull. Apart from these it can also be a pinched nerve.
Diagnosis will involve clinical examination, and may involve X-ray, MRI, blood tests, STD panels, CT scan of abdomen etc. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
