My fiance just had his knee scoped on wednesday its swelling from his knee to his ankle nothing is taking the swelling down

lay in bed and prop his leg up with a pillow.. under the calf/ankle area. if that doesn't help, call the doctor. I have had three scopes from softball injuries from when I was in high school. Hope he feels better soon. Keep us updated, please!
Is he staying off his feet? I had a scope a while back and it would swell If I was up too much
