different meds for brake through pain

I was in oxycodone 10/325 thought I needed a little more went to oxy15mg now trying moriphine 30mg I just want to go back to oxycodone 10/325 they still seem to work the best.  Does anyone else feel the same way

talked to the dr today hoping to switch back to the origional 10/325.  I am 34 and have been told i wil be on them tthe rest  my life.  Suck!

I switch from one opiate to another on a fairly regular basis to combat tolerance. I say take what works best for you. Everyone is different, and at different times!

I don't know how many you are taking a day, how long you will be on them or your age, but the concern with the 10/325 is the acetaminophen (Tylenol) it contains 325 mg of acetamin. Long term higher daily doses and cause liver problems. I would ask for a liver enzyme test. Sounds like  your body likes the combination. I do better of 15mg oxy but I know people just like you. If 10/325 work the best for you talk to your doc and tell them, but do ask about a liver test.If you are taking Morphine  now try adding an Aleve or Motrin.  Good Luck to you...
