Hi!
In all probability the symptoms are due to maxillary sinusitis (under your cheek bone) and due to frontal sinusitis (under forehead bone). You would need to consult an ENT specialst for this. Meanwhile try deep breathing exercise and steam inhalation. Over the counter antihistamines, and decongestants and non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs may all help. However please take with prescription. Steam inhalation, drinking hot fluids and soups, warm lemonade, gargling with warm saline water are all very helpful.
If the cough, sneezing and cold are persisting for some time then causes such as mold, EBV infection or mono, and allergy to pet dander, pollen, dust etc would need to be ruled out. Take care!

Thank you, you confirmed my suspicions. Been using some of your suggestions. It has been 5 days since this cold started, guess I have a couple more to go before it breaks.
