Hi Golter,
Welcome to the Pain Management Forum of MedHelp. I am very sorry to hear you are having such horrid pain. It is not normal.
I hope by the time I post this you have gone to ER for an evaluation. Your VS (vital signs) are within limits of normal. Both your pulse and B/P are very good.
Your pain could be total unrelated to your injury some months ago. However it could be that the injury never quite healed correctly and now it has returned with some complications. It is very important to have a CT scan, ultra-sound or whatever the physicians believes will be the best diagnostic tool.
Please let us know how you are doing. I will watch with interest for your next update. Peace, Tuck
Hi:
Sandee has offered you some great advise but as far as your blood pressure goes, it is rather normal along with your pulse. Your blood pressure should be between 120/80. That is normal. The bottom number is generally more concern if it is anything over 80. Your numbers are good. I do agree however to have things checked out. I would make an appt. asap to be on the safe side. please take care....

I am sorry your having such terrible pain. You could have a re injury. I would definitely suggest going to the ER as your blood pressure is really high. Severe pain can cause nausea and vomiting too. I really hope your feeling better soon and I am not going to try and speculate what could be going on but I do know your blood pressure is dangerously high and you should go to the ER very soon.
Have you had gall bladder surgery? When you injured yourself before was the pain similar to the pain your having now and did your blood pressure go up? High blood pressure is a sign of severe pain.
