pain in left side
i have a pain on my left side under my rib cage. it is more active at night than the day. it usually acts up when i have been sitting still for a while.
try puting a ice pack and the as soon as its so cold put a warm water bottle on it this with get the musels in side to get moving and hopfle help open what is couseing pain if you need any more help pm
