pain in my right side

I have been having pain in my lower right back, hip and apendix area for a while now and it is worse when i wake up and it feels like a strained muscle type feeling, not a sharp apendixy feeling. The thing that worries me is that when i go to the bathroom it is extremely painful and I'm not expelling as much soil as normal. any ideas what it could be?

Sounds like you have a bladder problem or possibly a kidney infection. Do not let this go on, go to the doctor and find out the problem so it can be treated. It is most likley just an infection.
