You may want to schedule an appointment with your gynecologist. Thirty years ago I had these same symptoms and it turned out that I had an ectopic pregnancy where the egg had been fertilized and had begun to grow in the fallopian tube. I needed emergency surgery to save my life. I'm not trying to frighten you but you need to be aware that this could be something very serious.
Since you are two weeks late for your period it could also be a regular pregnancy and the cramping you are feeling is the implantation cramping as the egg attaches itself so that it can begin to develop into a fetus. Either way a doctor would be the only person who could tell you for sure.
With the cramping AND being late for your period, you probably want to get a pregnancy test done. You can try one of the ones that you buy in teh drugstore, but I would also say that even if it comes up negative, if your symptoms of cramping and lack of period continues, you'll probably want to see your gynecologist for a BLOOD pregnancy test - they are much more sensitive than the urine ones so can detect pregnancy sooner than the urine tests can.
I used to have pains like that but it was from my birth control and I had to switch to a different one. If you're on birth control ask your gynecologist.
