I have had a panic attack are caused by excessive nervousness or anxiety symptoms of a panic attack. that what i have it not any fan at all feel really painful when comes time to time and i take meds for it as well

We (MedHelp) have an Anxiety Community that you may also want to join.

None if us like to take medications but unfortunately we must. I hope you will find ways to deal with the anxiety you feel about taking your medications.
