The fact that they are medicating you with Lorazepam for a high rate instead of a cardiac drug would make me think that they are relating it to anxiety rather than a true cardiac issue.  I would just google "relaxation techniques" for more choices.  This is something I am working on as well.

Both myself and my 15-year old daughter get migraines.  I had a brutal one yesterday.  There are meds that you can take to stop the migraine within 10 minutes.  My daughter started taking a supplement called COQ10 and it has reduced her migraines significantly.  It is okay to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen but with the ibuprofen you need to be careful with your stomach.  For back pain you could ask for physical therapy.  Also, Voltaren gel is a prescription and it helps some.  Lidoderm patches also help with back pain (they are also a prescription.)

I have visited ER several times for this high heart rate , they  only gave me lorenzepam for that because I feel my high heart rate in my head and and in my chest and pulse rate always figure out as 140 or 150 , I feel that my nerves will burst from pressure but loranzepam only make me dizzy and again after a meal it goes so high
I will try chamomile tea , if there is any thing else?

As far as you heart rate being high after a meal, are you feeling your heartbeat in your chest?  I would compare the pulse in your wrist to what you are feeling in your chest and see if they are similar.  I have this issue after I eat, but it is not my heart, it is esophageal spasms.  I went to a cardiologist and had this checked.  As far as natural remedies, relaxation, chamomile tea, music therapy (works wonders for me).  Good luck.

Hi Huni2,

You're very welcome. I wish I could guide you, but I'm not a doctor or a
nurse. What I can offer are suggestions. Perhaps when you visit with
your family doctor, you can ask your doctor if there are any natural
remedies to control your heart rate instead of prescription medicines.
She may have some ideas. I wish you well. Eve

Hi Huni2,
You're right. This is a complicated medical history. In my original post
I suggested maybe that you try and find a new doctor. However, if this
is your third doctor and as you say this is a small city, than perhaps you
should stay with this doctor. I wish I could guide you. I think what
tiredofbeingbrushedoff is suggesting is a god suggestion. You could ask
your family doctor that you 've heard about the drug Fioricet and what
she thinks. Maybe this drug could be helpful for you. I wish you well. Eve

Your headaches could very well be rebound headaches from the Dilaudid.  Fioricet was a miracle drug for my headaches.  They were gone within 10 minutes.

You say you have complicated diseases, Do you mind if I ask what
they might be? This may help me give you more suggestions.
If you don't feel like revealing this, that's okay too. Severe headaches
with nausea must be horrible. You say your present doctor isn't taking
anymore interest in your problems. Maybe you need to find a new
doctor who will actually listen to you and give you more help.
Actually, this is what happened to me. A number of years ago I had
a doctor who I felt wasn't listening to my concerns. Since then, I've
found a better doctor for me that listens to me, lets me ask her questions
and talks to me appropriately. The other doctor was on a power trip
and she talked down to most of her patients. I wish you success in
finding a better doctor for you. Eve

Hi huni2,

Have you been to see your doctor about these headaches? It you haven't
been to the doctor about these headaches, I would suggest you do.
A severe headache with nausea sounds like a migrane headache.
If this is a migraine headache, you really should visit your family doctor.
Personally, I wouldn't take Tylenol and Advil together. You're taking
a combination of 1200 miligrams ( 600 + 600).  Your family doctor
may be able to prescribe a medication for you to deal with your severe
headaches , but you have to make the appointment to see your doctor.
It would also be good to know what is causing these severe heaches.
Good luck. Eve
