Hello, one would be to use moist heat several times a day to try to bring it to a head.  Another would be a cream Ithica (sp?) cream.  It is like a black tar substance you can buy at a pharmacy and it draws the poison out

Hello moist heat can help draw it out and there is a salve  you can buy that could help draw the boil out.  It is called Ithica (sp?) salve, a pharmacist could help you with that.
