shot nerves

My nerves are shot. I can't do anything without shaking precariously, I feel tight in the chest and funny. I worked in high temperature for a while (50°c) and have also had back related pain which is slowly coming good. If anyone has good advice for me it would be much appreciated.

Counseling can be very effective for anxiety. Ask for a referral.

Also, try the fluoxetine for a couple of months and see what happens. It can be effective.

Ive had physicals on everything, heart (ecg), full bloods, std test, I'm 30, tried valium, deralin (beta blocker). 200 pounds, 6'2". Normal thyroid function. One doctor said anxiety (on fluoxetine) another said benign tremors. Started coming on at the beginning of the year. I am healthy apart from this. I am now diagnosing adjustment disorder as the cause because of a change in living location.  But any help would be appreciated.

Mark, It is difficult to offer any specific opinion without knowing your age, medical history, general health, etc.

So schedule an annual physical with your PCP and tell him/her what you're experiencing.

Best wishes.

Hi, see your doc and tell him now your feeling. Maybe you need some medicine to help you relax. Stress can kill so also have a good checkup and manybe an EKG.
