sore nose no reason

Hi,

My BF woke up this morning swearing in agony...(he has never done that before so it must have been painful) all I could get out of him was that the pain was at the back of his nose??

He got 2 painkillers and about and hour or so later the pain started to ease, he went to work as normal, but he is just off the phone saying his face is feeling a little unconfortable and the pain seems to be coming from his upper front teeth??

Can anyone provide any answers.... please... I dont want to see him like that again, plus its a nightmare to get him to go to the docs

Emg-Either that or an ear nose throat Doc. Could be sinus infection. Anything close to the brain should never be fooled around with tho especially if it is an absyss likeJay Bay says. If he won't go to Doc, take him to ER and bring a good book, and your iPod too:)

If his front teeth hurt, he probably needs to see a dentist.  An abscess can hurt like that and come on very fast.  It's not going away, and it's only going to get worse.  I really hope he gets to either a doctor or a dentist very soon.
