Get some aloe vera gel for the burn/blisters (pure aloe is best.)  Also Tylenol or ibuprofen will help the pain a bit.  Drink plenty of fluids.  Orange juice is a good choice.  I had a very bad burn once that caused me to be in the ER.  They gave me IV fluids and told me about the ibuprofen and fluids.  They specifically mentioned orange juice ... maybe for the potassium.

Also, I'm sure you're already aware, but tanning isn't a good thing to do.  And in particular, tanning beds are extremely bad.  There is a direct link between tanning beds and melanoma.  Melanoma is very serious.  Please give up the tanning beds!!!  Spray tans or lotions are a better choice!

thank you! i had considered aloe but didnt want to make anything worse :) i appreciate you advise and yes i know tanning beds are bad, i dont care to much for them my self but i do use them about 3 time a year in the spring just so i dont burn as easily in the sun. i much prefer sun tanning and think that i will not be going to the tanning beds even for those 3 times in the spring. thanks again!!

Wise choice on the tanning beds.  I did them myself, years ago, before all the bad news about them came out.

The aloe should make you feel better, also the ibuprofen.  But drink plenty of fluids.  Any burn will cause dehydration so it's really important!
