6 year old bed wetting
hi please can anyone help me to help my little girl stop wetting the bed! she hasnt always done it, she took longer than my boys to potty train and did have the odd accident but now her wetting is every single night and has been probably since the winter set in, so a good few weeks iv tried star charting, her rewarding her, making NO fuss, making A fuss im at my whitts end how can i stop this ???? oh and she doesnt drink after 5pm she goes to bed at 7.30pm ive also tried giving her her tea early as soon as she gets in from school and letting her have a drink with tea 4pm but that still doesnt help
Well, I didn't have any really good advice, because of your daughter's age. It made me wonder if possibly she is having a urinary tract infection or other issue. It could also be stress related. Maybe she has developed a phobia about getting out of bed in the dark of night to go to the loo. A doctor would take all those things into consideration and would be your biggest help sorting out the possibilities, after she has a checkup for any physical thing.
