i dont know why the children doing this at daycare and afterschool used to make me laugh so hard. it was just that funny to me

Also I dont know your age but tell an adult and keep an eye on her., the exitement could have caused her to vomit especially if you guys had recently had a snack and it hadnt been digested properly.

She may have over excited herself. She might have just upset her belly. Just watch her and try to get her to relax and be calm and see what happens also does she have a fever? if she does you may need to give her tylenol depending on her age etc. She may also have a little bug.
