bed wetting

My little girl is now 5and a half.she has been pottty trained since she was 2and a a half..But she is always wetting herself..Ive brought her to the doc but they just keep teling me that she will grow out of it but shes not.Ive done all routes with her ive given he rewards for when she wasnt wetting herself,but then i would find that she was wetting herself just changing her underware so i wouldn't see.Then i tried punishing her which just made me upset..At the moment i'm at the end of my theather i cant send her to camps or to friends houses in fear that she will wet herself...
Please can someone help me and tell me what to do..

The title says bed wetting or does she also do it during the day ? Punishing for wetting doesnt work it creates an anxiety,hence hiding the underwear, If she is doing this at nights cut back on all liquids after early eveing, as children do want to drink a lot before bed, the doctor is right and she will grow out of it, at 5 year old does she go to many camps or friends over night ? relax a bit make less of an issue , sometimes just taking that step back helps .Good Luck
