If there is no improvement or if your babies symptoms get worse, you may need a culture and a sensitivity test. These tests help identify the organism that is causing your symptoms. These tests also help your doctor find out whether the bacteria is resistant to the antibiotic.
Most people see some improvement in symptoms in 2 to 3 days. Unless you get worse during this time, your doctor usually will not change your treatment for at least 3 days.
I am sending you prayers for you baby Please let me know how You Both are doing. <3

I am sorry your baby is sick I can imagine how worried you are ,I expect he is on an anti biotic  he should start to improve soon, p, it sounds as if they are giving him something to bring the fever down , is he coughing ?What does the doctor say , cheeks are often red with fever so maybe it stays red because the fever comes back , ask the doctor about it .It will take a little time so try to think positively that all is okay and he will be well again soon.Let us know how he is doing
