Cloudy Urine

My 3 year old son is urinating hazy/cloudy frequently daily and leaves his underwear stained like a milky chaulky substance and not able to hold urine.

Does anyone have a similar situation?

Has he been on any meds recently I know some can make urine cloudy, when you say he cannot hold urine do you mean he is going a lot ? Does he drink plenty of liquids as dehydration can be a cause ,as can a UTI  Give him some watered down cranberry juice . Has he any stomach pain ?
