Infant eyelid fluttering & large pupils

3 week old infant has enlarged pupils & fluttering upper eyelids when trying to look upward.  Eye dr says aniridia is a stretch, but is testing.  baby is also very light sensitive.  Also has hypospadias.  When would it be appropriate to look for brain tumors and aneurysms? I originally posted this in neurology & head trauma in error.  I'm new and trying to figure this site out.

It is under "Infant fluttery upper eyelids/large pupils".  Thanks so much for all your help.  We have neurology appt tomorrow.  Very worried what they will discover next.  He seems normal every other way.  This is so distressing, all this waiting for tests to come in & they want to do more genetic testing.

it was the one 'EyesRolling' but from what you have now told me it sounds if it wont be much help ...put the question up again on the neurology forum sometime it takes a couple of times for answers.

Thanks for the reply.  Have not heard from the neurology forum yet.  Infant is currently being tested for WAGR syndrome.  Has had many tests and so far all have come back normal.  The WAGR test comes back in 2 more weeks.  Doc wants infant to see neurologist.  Infant also has hypospadias with bifid scrotum and a minor heart issue.  I'll look at post you have recommended.
