please help me find some answers

my toddler had an episode of lack of balance for 7 days then it stoped for two months now it's started again . Doctors did MRI  SCAN of the brain, blood work, hip x ray, abdomen sonogram, ENT and eye doctor and nothing came up, please tell me what else can i do, is killing me to see him like this...

May I ask how old he is ,and when you say a lack of balance can you explain what happens .?
