Breast pain, 7 yrs old girl

Hi, my daughter is 7 years old and she has one breast swollen. I took her to the dr. and he gave antibiotics for a week. It's been 2 weeks now but the pain remains same and it still is swollen as before. The dr. says that may be she needs blood test if the antibiotic does not work. I am worried and would like to know the possible causes.

there is something called fibersytic breast  maybe brought on by cafeine consumption, does she drink soda anything else with caffeine .? I think you need further answers and taking her back to the doctor would be best .
