I'm glad you understand. :)

I had to look it up because we keep getting Threads on the PM Forum addressed to "Doctor" OR to "Nurse" and so I looked up both of the links and put them permanently in my Hotmail account so that I could pull them up at anytime.  It SURE makes it a lot easier when we have them at our fingertips as I was getting SO tired of looking them up each time.

I MEANT what I said about the GREAT job that you do here on the Pediatrics Forum.  I REALLY do consider the Pediatrics Forum to be a "SPECIALTY" Forum as it deals ONLY with the children.  As YOU know, not just ANYONE can give good advice when there's kids involved with Pain problems.

Thank you, once again, for helping sirbas  :)................Sherry

I'm sorry, margypops, I meant to add that when this came on the PM forum this morning, I hit report and hit miscatagorized and gave her the Nurses link because the title of her Thread is "Nurse" and JUST to be sure that she wasn't  expecting a response from a Nurse, I gave her the link.  :)

I hope that explains how the Thread got to you all.  I KNEW you'd be a GOOD Fit for this Thread.

Thanks again.........Sherry  :)

Hi margypops,

I was considering you all, as parents, to be "specialized" as this is the Pediatrics Forum.   I've seen the EXCELLENT advice that you all give on here.  :)

Didn't mean to confuse anyone.  She had come on the Pain Management Forum and that's why I gave her the additional 2 links.  I KNEW that you would be a good fit for her.

Thanks for helping her............Sherry  :)

When your child had the tests did they not prescribe any med for him ? I would give him plenty of water , and take him back if it gets worse .good luck and welcome to the pediatric forum

Hi sirbas,

First I want to welcome you to the Pain Management Forum and let you know that we are glad you found this Forum. I want to let you know that there are NO Doctors on this Forum only CP - Chronic Pain - Patients that help each other with our OWN expertise and experiences that we have developed through our OWN CP Issues.

I'm sorry that your child is having so many problems. As a Mothe and Grandmother, I KNOW how helpless you feel when your "Baby" isn't feeling well.  :{

We have a SPECIAL Forum here that will let you get information from a Nurse.  Here's the Link:

http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Ask-a-Nurse/show/703

I think this is the Forum you are looking for.  We ALSO have another SPECIALIZED Forum
that is a Pediatrics Forum and here is the link for that:

http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Pediatrics/show/153

As to what you need to do to treat your child, that can only be given to you by your Doctor.  I'm assuming that you took him to the Doctor as you know what is wrong with his urine, so I need to ask what instructions that Doctor gave you to take care of this problem?

I HOPE that your child gets better QUICKLY as I know it is painful for ANYONE when they have pain urinating.  :{

I wish you the best and hope you are able to get the help that you need........Sherry  :)
