Overactive urination

My 10 &11 year old find are very active on supports but when the play they become some what incontinent. Should I be worried out is this something normal with growth?

They dont drink much soda and we dp have them empty their bladders. I will look into the adrenaline surges thanks

What do they eat and drink before they are active ,it could also be an adrenalin surge ..soda can have a diuretic effect, so check that out first make sure they empty their bladder before they play.
