Vomiting but no other symptoms

My four year old daughter vomited in school last tuesday and was sent home. She had a fever that day only. She stayed home the next two days where she appeared to be 100% Thursday and went back to school that Friday. Late Friday evening she vomited again. Saturday she did not have much of an appetite but she did eat a little chicken for dinner. Her last bowel movement was last Thursday and appeared solid and normal. Micturation has been also normal. No body aches or complaints of pain in the abdomen region. She took more naps yesterday. Any help is appreciated!

I cant tell what the case is exactly but it seems a kind of viral or bacterial infection but i prefer that you take her to a doctor to make sure she is OK
Best wishes
