If it contuinues after a day or two it wasnt the grapes and a word with the Doctor would be a good idea
It will pass, grapes have a lot of sugar, this is what will have done it, as long as she has stopped eating them baby will just revert to normal, breast feeding requires a passive ,bland diet in Moms ..good luck
