Hi, We have recently been through a similar problem. Has he had blood tests for caeliacs disease? Has he been wormed recently? Do you give him a formula? Is he still having bottles or a dummy as these items will introduce more germs to your son. Take care hope this helps

Children pass along germs and infections, could he be getting it from an older sibling who is at school, they do get a lot and bring them home .,or is he in daycare or preschool himself and catching it from others .?At this age you can get him onto a good food supplement to build up his immune system, anti oxidants VitC and Vit B complex. If he continually gets a fever he should go back to the doctor for further tests good luck
