diarrhea every other day

i have a 2 yr old little girl who has been having loose stools every other day for the past few months. the frequency is normal (1-3 x's)per day but its starting to worry me.  She is not weak or anything, infact she is full of energy but im starting to get a little worried.  Im going to make a doctors appt for tuesday but i just thought id get some help for now

Could be orange juice even apple juice in some children or a lactose intolerance to Milk, does she eat any one thing regularly,as it has gone on for a few months take her for a check up at the Doctors .Good Luck
