Please explain this prescription glass

A +10 with a -3.25 cylindrical and an additional 2.5 for improving near near vision (for reading) with all this incorporated in an executive glass.  Does this have a prism in it?  My daughter has started complaining of double vision since yesterday and I have already placed an order for the above-cited prescription glass.  So please explain these terms clearly and suggest if it has a prism in it or I need to go in for an extra prism in addition to the above power or if the above power glass alone will be good enough to correct double vision with regular patching of the good eye.  Also, can all this be brought into a contact lens (the power and prism)?  How many hours of patching per day is advisable for a nearly 7-year-old girl?
