My 4 year old has a small pea sized lumb on the rt side back of neck. I noticed it about 3 weeks ago. No trauma to the neck, hasnt been sick, sort of just appeared. Should I take him to the ped. office or wait it out??

It maybe a lymph node ,it is below his ear , if you are not certain its always best to ask your Doctor .
