purple hands and feet

my two year old has always had this problem since she was little. i have no idea why she would have this problem i keep my house fairly warm in the winter and i keep it about 72 in the summer.. ive tried to keep clothes and socks on her that doesnt seem to help much cuz her hands are still purple. i dont take her out alot cuz i dont want her to get sick. she doesnt have a cold or anything like that. i dunno if i should say something to her doctor or not. i dont know if this is a severe problem or just minor or anything...please help.

I would say something to her doctor.  It sounds like a blood circulation issue.  This is common when they're newborns b/c their systems are still new and developing.  By two years that shouldn't be an issue if that's what it is.  It's always best to ask your doctor if you're not sure.
