should i take my son to the emergency room?

my 6 year old is having right side abdominal pain next to his belly button. he has complained he has felt nauseous 2-3 times today, and his appetite isn't as big as it usually is. could it be appendicitis? how long does the pain have to go on before i am sure?

take him straight to the doctor or emergency room. hjis apendix could have burst. good luck

I wouldnt wait too long with a pain like this , how is he doing now, always in my opinion if in doubt get a child checked out.good Luck
