Stressed baby?

This baby is 3mths old.Gains weight .However appears very agitated.Arms and legs flailing, body stiff including neck.At times his eyes bulge as tho someone has stuck a pin in him.  ***** a dummy like someone demented
Is less stiff after a bottle but only briefly.Does not sleep well in the day but is better at night.

Sounds like Cholic to me, do you have Dinnefords or Gripe Water where you live its an old English Remedy and really works,the baby would do all this if he got a pain in his little tummy, if he is on the bottle check out the Baby food or change it, I wouldnt resort to any Meds in a baby of this age.

Thanks for this.It gave me confidence to tell the parents diplomatically as they have no experience and don't apperar to see anything wrong.I suspected Reflux and the clinic only saw the flailing arms and said was the personality showing excitment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter acted similar when that age, and we found out it was acid reflux. It makes them very agitated and get very stiff b/c of the pain. We had her on prilosec for about a month and that helped immensely. Ask your pediatrician b/c it goes undiagnosed quite a bit. She never had a problem after that.
