Can you find a compassionate Plastic Surgeon for me?

Does ANYONE know of reputable plastic surgeon that will not break my purse. For 20 years I tried to lose wt and was unsuccessful. Finally in Oct/ 2003 I had gastric bypass. I have lost 136 lbs. I lost the weight for health reasons, not for vanity. Now,the excess skin with some fatty tissue inside, is causing severe irritations which result in fungal infections. These areas are under the breasts, from hip bone to hip bone and on each side ofmid-back. They arre even at but cheeks where they sag and rub. In the summer I have resorted to applying antifungal cream and placing Kerkix gauze under to help decrease friction of skin. Yes, the odor can be offensive. I am a nurse and this really bothers me. I must change the gauze several times during day so as not to be afraid someone may detect an odor. I do not regret the surgery and having restricted food intake. What I sometimes regret is the discomfort that the results of weight loss cause. The sagging skin pulls down and I believe this is what is causing upper back to hurt more now than before I lost weight? Please please. Any help. Any p.surgeons want to accept someone for a makeover. I also feel this removal would result in an improvement of the quality of my life. I have even wrote to and e-mailed Oprah with no response. HELP.

I dont know if you would be willing to travel but if you would there is a very good site with reviews from people that have had surgery, there comments seem honest and helpful.
