Cheek bone

I was in a scuffle about 14 days ago and i took a punch to the face. The bruising and black eye are gone, but there is still a mild tenderness to touch on my left cheek bone and it does not feel as symmetric as my right side. Could this be a mild fracture? When i smile my left side is not as "round"...Thanks.

I would go to the doctor if I were you. I had a similar injury where I didn't think I broke my cheekbone.  In time cheekbone has gotten worse, and now my face has lost symmetry. You should get it fixed before its heals completely.

it's possible, though you have to give it time to heal...
