lump on forehead

a few months ago i noticed a lump on my forehead. it isnt painful, actually it gets to be itchy at times. i haven't bumped my head or anything and the lump comes and goes. i would feel the lump grow around nightime but the next day its gone. however this time it looks like its been there for several days and i don't know why. what should i do?

its starts underneath my scalp. its like a vein that's blocked. i tried to massage it once but then it sort of extended up until my right upper brow. you can imagine how embarassing that looks. its like i bumped my head real hard on something.
thanks for the comment probably need to have this checked out soon.

where on your forehead is it? If it doesn't bother you leave it alone, otherwise go to your doctor's and get it looked at to see what it is.
