Ladies. First welcome to the forum.
I would like to say please do not think that having PCOS is the end of the world! I have had it for the past 3+ years and currently working with my doctor on this. For some, losing weight (if overweight) can actually reduce the symptoms of PCOS to to barely there. PCOS is different for everybody. Some have the tiny cysts on the ovaries and hormonal issues, some have no cysts and only hormonal issues. I only have the hormonal inbalance which is being treated with birth control (at the moment) and Metformin. The metformin has helped me lose 62lbs (and gaining 20 back from stress) and helped reduce my symptoms. I no longer have pains throughout the month, a period every month that is not painful and lasts 3 days. If you find out EARLY that you have PCOS, it can be treated and chances of having a baby increase. Please follow up on doctors appointments, keep with medications and yes I do recommend the Red Raspberry leaf tea and Chaste Berry Tea and also Vitex is another supplement to try. I have heard all good reviews on all 3 products.
Ladies please do not give up hope. PCOS can cause depression if you let the symptoms get to you. Only you can change this around and not to give up!
Good Morning,
I have PCOS and just to shed some light I have a son who is now 5 years old, what helped me in the past was drinking Red Raspberry leaf tea and Chaste Berry Tea both are know to help regulate your hormones and increase your chances of conceiving, I am in the process of ttc myself and am going to start both teas very soon. Good luck and know that all hope is not lost.
