I have a retroverted uterus and it has nothing to do with infertility it's just your uterus is tilted backwards instead of forward. They say once you have a child it will go back to normal. I do not have endo or PID do not fret over your tilted uterus. You should ask your gyno to do some blood work and ultra sound to check your ovaries for cyst and he/she will take you in the direction you need to go.

1. Your uterus is tilted (in other words, its tilted backwards not forward.
2. Yes, it does sound like you may have PCOS. What did your doctor tell you when he went over the results with you?
