PCOS, cramps and no period.

Hi,

So for the past week I've been experiencing really painful cramps even though im not having my period. I've been trying to get off the pill as well but a little iffy cause I do have PCOS. I've been on the pill since I was 17 and I am now 20. I'm just really concerned becuase I remembered my dad's sister passed away due to ovarian cancer. Could this be the first stage for me? I'm just really curious. Cause the sooner I find out the eairlier I can for treatment right?
