Dont be discouraged everyone is different. I had a fresh cycle with 2 embryos transferred and a frozen cycle with 3 embryos transferred and I had symptoms with both but they both ended up not taking. You may it have enough of the pregnancy hormone in your system to cause symptoms. Relaxing and keeping your mind busy is the best thing you can do, stressing is not good for you or you little bean if it did happen this time.
